LOCATION: Lagos
OUR CLEINT: A reputable chartered professional body.
THE JOB: The successful candidate who will report directly to the Registrar/Chief Executive officer of the Institute will be responsible for:
- Planning, designing and operating value adding programmes which have qualitative and financial targets that must be met for sustainability of the professional body
- A coordinating role of his/her division as a general management functionary. The division will include consultancy services, research and manpower development services.
- Analysing and evaluating the institute’s research, consultancy and manpower activities to meet international standards,
- Marketing of consultancy programmes and learning services.
- Coordinating all management Professional examinations organized by the Institute.
- Coordinating the implementation of Regulations and Control activity of the Institute.
- Performing other related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by the Registrar/CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate who will be between 40 – 50 years of age, must have considerable hands-on management experience in many of the disciplines mentioned below; Research and Management Consultancy Services, high level Human Resources management, including Training, marketing and Operations Research.
The right candidate must in addition, posses a good honours degree from a reputable university in Management Sciences or Economics and a Masters degree in Management Sciences, Economics or any other related discipline.
Possession of a Doctorate Degree in any of the above mentioned disciplines will be an advantage.
PERSONAL QUALITIES: The ideal candidate for the above position must be a high performer, very competent, resourceful and result driven. Must have strong leadership/organisational qualities, also must be analytical, creative and innovative.
Must be a self-starter with an eye for details, good in spoken and written English, who is an excellent team player. Proficiency in the use of computer and possession of excellent presentation skill is desirable.
A good track record of verifiable achievement as a manpower development specialist, researcher and management consultant is advantageous.
TOTAL RENUMERATION PACKAGE: The salary and fringe benefits inclusive is N4.4M per annum; plus a car and driver.
